As Firm Administrator, Brittany plays an important role across the business, supporting billing and collections, client resolutions, the tax and accounting teams, and the day-to-day operations that keep the firm running smoothly.
Known for her persistence and problem-solving approach, Brittany is a go-to resource for both clients and team members. She works to see questions and challenges through to resolution while helping create and improve processes that make the overall experience more efficient and supportive for everyone involved.
Before joining DiMercurio Advisors, Brittany spent more than a decade as a veterinary technician before making a career change and joining the firm as a Tax Administrator. She quickly discovered a passion for operations and has continued to grow within the firm, taking on greater responsibility and expanding the ways she supports the team and its clients.

She believes challenges are best addressed through honest conversations, accountability, and a willingness to learn and improve.
